Shipping Cost varies from Priority flat rate box $10.00 - $15.00 depending on Medium or Large Size. Priority mailing time is 3-4 days, but can take longer depending upon USPS.
Express Shipping which is over night is a $30.00 charge.
International Shipping varies depending upon USPS.com rate calculator.
We accept all major credit cards through pay pal. Bank transfers & e checks are through pay pal. Checks & Money orders are done through the mail.
Please remember that with checks this will delay your order by 7-14 days. Each check must clear my bank then yours and upon the clearing date the order will be started and then up to 14 days later your item will be shipped.
If an item is damaged in shipping you must put in a claim with the shipping company NOT Majestic Manor Costumes. Yes, we do wish to know your item has arrived damaged but once it has left our hands its out of our control. USPS & UPS will want to see the original box the item was shipped in and your shipping item list.
If you are returning the item you must pay shipping back to Majestic Manor Costumes and then to be returned to you. All items are made to personally fit each person that orders their product from us.
